NACCHO hosted a webinar to share how LHDs can take advantage of flexibilities that have been made in federal funding to support a syndemic approach to HIV, STIs, COVID-19, and MPX (monkeypox).
Fifteen videos on HIV care and treatment topics presented at the 2020 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Clinical Conference, which was held virtually in August, are now available on the YouTube channel of the AIDS Education and Training Centers (AETC) National Coordinating Resource Center.
The National Council for Behavioral Health (National Council), with support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is soliciting applications for rapid response grant funding to support innovative harm reduction strategies and services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Department of Justice and CDC are collaborating to strengthen partnerships between public health and public safety and to learn about existing harm reduction efforts. They plan to convene practitioners working on the ground to learn more about harm reduction successes, challenges, and needs.
