The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) have selected 14 community multi-sector partnerships/coalitions across the country to receive $2.52 million in year two of the Improving Social Determinants of Health – Getting Further Faster pilot initiative.

Although the president’s budget is not a binding document – Congress ultimately allocates federal funding – it does provide important insight into the administration’s priorities and may be considered during congressional negotiations.
The purpose of this funding opportunity is to identify one provider to design, establish, manage, and assess the efficacy of a national training and technical assistance coordination center to support the sustainability capacity of approximately 15 grantee-coalitions/partnership who participated in the Year 1 Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) - Getting Further Faster (GFF) initiative.
