NACCHO offers professionals the opportunity to learn and share resources with other local health departments around the U.S.

  • Retail Food Regulatory Standards: This Mentorship Program connects retail food regulatory program practitioners who are experienced in applying the Retail Program Standards with those who are newly enrolled and looking for assistance, resources, and recommendations for achieving a specific standard. Eligible participants include food regulatory programs operating at the state, local, tribal, and territorial level.

  • Vector Control Collaborative: NACCHO's Vector Control Collaborative (VCC) is a growing network of local vector control organizations that can share resources, experiences, and lessons learned with other local vector control programs. Learn more about VCC.

  • Roadmap to Ready: Roadmap to Ready is a yearlong training and mentoring program designed to help new preparedness coordinators at local health departments navigate the complex landscape of public health preparedness. Learn more.
  • Wastewater Surveillance: This Mentorship Program matches local health departments with demonstrated experience in utilizing wastewater surveillance with local health departments seeking guidance, tools, and resources while in the early stages of developing a wastewater surveillance program.
