NACCHO invites local health department leadership and staff to participate in a webinar, “Indoor Ventilation Strategies for COVID-19,” on Tuesday, June 28, 3:00-4:00 PM ET.
The White House COVID-19 Response Team and CDC National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) will lead a presentation on the importance of improving ventilation in buildings to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19. The presentation will cover CDC’s ventilation guidance for the control of infectious aerosols within indoor environments and will include a Q&A portion on ventilation intervention strategies. It will also cover federal resources available to state and local governments, as well as schools, to make indoor air quality improvements.
