Tools provided include online tutorials and videos describing and demonstrating assistive communication technology, such as communication access realtime translation (CART) services. Accessibility: This website is screen reader accessible and most PDFs are fully accessible using a screen reader or Read Out Loud. Videos are provided with closed captioning, audio descriptions, and transcripts.
