As part of a quality improvement (QI) project, the Coconino County Health Department (CCHD) focused on engaging the community to identify and solve health problems as it applies to Williams, AZ, as well as evaluating the delivery of health services to the Williams community. As a result of this project, CCHD developed a community health profile that details general census and vital statistics information, and prioritizes health concerns among the entire community.
