As part of a quality improvement (QI) project, the Lee County Health Department (LCHD) used QI techniques, such as Process Mapping, to focus on the capacity of its Maternal Child Health (MCH) Program to provide health information to individuals for behavior change. LCHD created an information packet for marketing MCH services to medical providers to raise awareness of available services and link additional families and children to needed health care systems.
