As part of a quality improvement (QI) project, the Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment addressed program evaluation capacity by using multiple QI tools and techniques (including a Fishbone Diagram, Process Mapping, Radar Chart, Root Cause Analysis, and SWOT Analysis) to solicit and analyze stakeholder feedback in order to evaluate the Department's Alcohol and Tobacco Vendor Compliance program.
