The Center for Research on Women with Disabilities (CROWD) at Baylor College of Medicine has the mission of promoting, developing, and disseminating information to improve the health and expand the life choices of women with disabilities. CROWD conducts and provides research about the health of women with disabilities under the topic areas of sexuality and reproductive health, psychosocial health, health promotion, secondary conditions, access to health care, and violence. A wide variety of tools, screening tools, guidelines, data, and publications are available in each of these topic areas and can be used to inform and guide local health department efforts.
