This toolkit serves as an introduction to the work the City of Richmond in California has been doing to implement Health in All Policies. This toolkit is a resource for people interested in learning more about the development of HiAP within the City, and outlines Richmond's most salient processes, and provide links to resources for those interested in gaining a better understanding of Richmond's unique story. The main components include: the origin of HiAP in Richmond, the Community Health and Wellness Element and other City events that have contributed to HiAP progression.
