Policy Link's "Equitable Development Toolkit: Transit Orient Development (TOD)" provides tools and resources that a local jurisdiction can use to implement health in all policies (HiAP) in their jurisdiction. The tools provide strategies to reduce the economic and social disparities among people in local jurisdictions. TOD is a planning and design trend that seeks to create compact, mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented communities located around new or existing public transit stations. This toolkit can serve as a guide and provide sample policies to other local jurisdictions planning to implement HiAP.
