This tool was developed by the US Department of Homeland Security and provides emergency preparedness resources for people with disabilities and people with other access and functional needs. Preparedness videos and information for people with specific types of disability (e.g., speech, mobility) are provided, as well as information on creating a support network, making personal preparedness and medical plans, planning for evacuation, and planning for service animals. Accessibility: This website is generally accessible using a screen reader. Videos are provided with American Sign Language translation.
