This one page PDF presents an Influenza/H1N1 call triage flowchart was created by the Boston Public Health Commission. The flowchart illustrates the Prevention Team's response to requests for the following items: inquiries, general information and/or questions, presentations, trainings, participation at events or meetings, educational materials, posters, and resources, flu clinic requests. The flowchart highlights team members that coordinated response for each of these areas. The Mayor's Health Line was an integral part of the Prevention Team. The phone information line was available five days a week and residents could get flu information in any language. This tool was submitted as part of an H1N1 Story from the Field.
