Mobile TIPS for First Responders was developed by Project REDD at Texas A&M University. This tool was designed to be used on mobile phones and other electronic devices by first responders in the field. Tips are provided on meeting the needs of and communicating with people who have mobility impairments, cognitive disabilities, mental illness, blindness or visual impairments, chemical sensitivities, and autism. Tips are also provided for working with people who are deaf or hard of hearing, have service animals, are seniors, and are childbearing or have newborns. Accessibility: This website is generally accessible using a screen reader.
