This website was developed by Heenepin County Public Health Promotion and serves as an example of nutritional and physical activity training for professionals and for family members of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The training includes five nutritional and three physical activity training modules in addition to other e-learning materials. The website also includes an organizational self-assessment that can be used to identify policies and procedures that can be strengthened to improve health and wellness behaviors among people with disabilities.
