The Text Messaging for Zika Prevention is an educational text messaging campaign developed by Los Angeles County Department of Public Health to promote awareness on Zika prevention. Interested participants can text ZIKA to 55000 to receive a series of 8 Zika related messages that include a corresponding link to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Zika website where they can access more information and resources. The campaign is available in both English and Spanish. Standard data rates apply.
