CDC Funding Opportunity Now Open: Integrating Positive and Adverse Childhood Experiences into Pediatric Care (IPACE): Academic Detailing Pilot Project

Mar 30, 2022 | Camille Adams

With support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) is pleased to offer a funding opportunity for the implementation of an academic detailing program in pediatric settings to facilitate conversations about the impact of ACEs and PCEs. Approximately five awards of up to $80,000 each will be available. Local or State Health Departments and other non-profit organization/academic institutions that currently have an active academic detailing program are eligible to apply. Project proposals must identify the existence of these programs and capacity to pilot an academic detailing project for pediatricians.

For full details about the funding opportunity, please review the Request for Applications. Applications must be submitted using NACCHO’s online portal no later than Monday, May 2, 2022 at 5:00pm ET. Submissions after this deadline will not be considered. Applicants may pose individual questions to NACCHO at any point during the application process by emailing the Injury and Violence Prevention Team at [email protected].
