The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is looking for volunteers to pilot implementation of its recently released guide on how to use the Pay for Success model in lead poisoning prevention programs. This is an opportunity for state and local governments to test and validate the guide for broad use across the nation. State and local governments will not receive funding to implement this pilot. Interested volunteers are asked to review the following information and submit the requested information by July 19, 2017.
