State and local health departments beginning their operational readiness review (ORR) process can refer to CDC’s ORR guidance to (1) complete a self-assessment and (2) complete a review using the new ORR online data collection system.
State health departments have been assigned the responsibility of training local health departments within their states on how to complete the ORR. Local health departments that have not yet received training are encouraged to reach out to their state MCM coordinators to request training or submit a technical assistance request for ORR training via CDC’s Online Technical Resource and Assistance Center (On-TRAC).
CDC will provide an overview of the ORR online data collection system on Wednesday, Jan. 17, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Registration is not required to join the webinar via Adobe Connect. Participants can log onto https://adobeconnect.cdc.gov/r6ooog3mlz5/ to participate. To listen to the audio portion, dial 1-800-475-4962 and enter participant passcode 4330935.
Jurisdictions experiencing difficulties using the ORR online data collection system (DCIPHER) can contact [email protected] or submit a technical assistance request via On-TRAC to receive assistance. In addition, jurisdictions may provide feedback on strengths, areas for improvement, or issues with the ORR online data collection system by contacting [email protected]. This feedback will be critical to making future improvements to the system.
