The University of Alabama at Birmingham, in partnership with Lakeshore Foundation and NCHPAD are currently looking for people with disabilities and chronic health conditions, caregivers, health experts, researchers, and policy makers to participate in an innovative project. The research team is creating a tailored online program to assist individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions in self-managing their conditions and symptoms. You will be helping us build this online self-management program by sharing your preferences and needs! Participants will take part in an online focus group and receive a $25 gift card for participation.
