Join the Informatics Champions Community of Practice

Nov 10, 2025 | Gelilawit Tamrat

Are you a local public health professional with experience, expertise, or interest in Informatics? NACCHO invites you to join the Informatics Champions Community of Practice (CoP)! Previously a webinar series, Informatics Champions is currently a nationwide network of local health department professionals dedicated to learning about and tackling local public health informatics challenges.

As a CoP member, you will:

  • Connect with peers from diverse jurisdictions

  • Share and access trainings, webinars, and best practices

  • Participate in quarterly meetings to exchange insights and solutions

  • Engage with informatics experts from government, academia, and industry

Whether you’re eager to learn, share your expertise, or collaborate on innovative solutions, the CoP offers a platform for ongoing dialogue and professional growth. NACCHO welcomes all levels of local public health professionals, including tribal representatives, to join us and ensure broad participation. The first quarterly meeting will be held in early December 2025. If you are interested in participating, please complete the following form here. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
