There is an urgent need for sustained, focused, and collaborative advocacy to eliminate the disconnect that weakens the response to HIV and aging and leaves the needs and concerns of older adults living with HIV largely unmet. HRSA projects that by 2030 64% of people served under the Ryan White HIV/ AIDS Program will be 50 years or older.
