NACCHO issued recognition materials to all of the Project Public Health Ready (PPHR) applicants in the fall 2013 review cycle. Thirteen applicants earned PPHR recognition, including two applicants that were previously recognized and have now earned re-recognition status. All of these agencies will be awarded with plaques at a reception at the 2014 Preparedness Summit in Atlanta in April. View a full list of recognized agencies and more information about PPHR.
Staff provided materials to those agencies that will go through the re-submission process this spring. Additionally, staff continue to provide technical assistance to applicants for fall 2014 and prospective applicants and state leads seeking to implement PPHR in their states.
