Webinar: Social Distancing in Vaccination Clinics

Jun 17, 2020 | Kimberly Sharpe-Scott

In these extraordinary times, we must be innovative and creative to keep ourselves and the community safe as we provide core public health services.

Join the Maryland Partnership for Prevention (MPP) for a 30-minute webinar that explores technology and clinic models that facilitate “contact-free” and “contact-limited” care. Stay for an extra 30 minutes to share and further explore the featured tools.

FEATURED SOCIAL DISTANCING TOOLS

  • Online Consent Form – “contact-free”, paperless online appointment-scheduling and consent
  • Virtual Queue – social-distancing with an app that lets people check in from their car. You text them when it’s their turn.
  • “Two Click” Recording – record and transmit vaccination encounterS in real-time with just two-clicks
  • Electronic New Provider Enrollment – Expand vaccinating and non-traditional providers through online enrollment requests and approvals
  • Mailing List – Compile a mailing list of interested citizens so you can customize outreach and alerts
  • Electronic Inventory Management and Syncing – keep track of vaccine, medications, PPE, and other clinic supplies
  • Real-Time Data Transfer – bidirectional data transfer to IIS and EHR to reduce handling paper and data entry

The webinar is being offered at various times. Click below to select and register for the date that works with your schedule.
