The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), the voice of the country’s nearly 3,000 local health departments, announced funding and technical assistance to fifteen sites as part of its Implementing Overdose Response Strategies at the Local Level (IOPSLL) program.
NACCHO recognizes World Hepatitis Day on July 28 as an opportunity to raise awareness about, recognize the impact of, and decrease the stigma associated with viral hepatitis across the world.
Join health department, federal, and community partners across the U.S. in observing National HIV Testing Day on Monday, June 27. This year’s theme is “HIV Testing is Self-care” because knowing your status gives you powerful information to help stay healthy.
