NACCHO, in partnership with CDC, is seeking a consultant to develop up to three case study reports to highlight successful statewide models of host sites engaged in the Public Health AmeriCorps (PHA) project.
NACCHO, in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association, is thrilled to launch the new guide: Integrating Brain Health into Health Improvement Planning: The Healthy Brain Initiative Road Map and MAPP 2.0.
The purpose of this initiative is to address COVID-19-related health inequities and advance health equity by expanding state, local, U.S. territorial, and freely associated state health department capacity and services.
