Mountain Regional MRC developed the attached training program, which includes instruction on MRC basics, intro to emergency management, first responder culture, and work environments. Additional training sessions to complete the training, include a 2-hour portion on CISM and 2 hours technical skills portion led by a prominent acupuncture and eastern medicine provider and instructor. The lecture portion is followed by a hands-on activity where the acupuncturists provide the treatment to available recipients.
