This is the concept of operations for the cross-cutting sections for sub- measures: emergency public information and warning, information sharing, epidemiology, laboratory data and sample testing, medical countermeasure dispensing, mass care, mass fatality management, environmental health response, mental/behavioral health, non-pharmaceutical interventions, continuity of operations, surge capacity, volunteer management, mutual aid and external resources, and community recovery. Cross-cutting section is the portion of the (Project Public Health Ready) PPHR application requiring the demonstration of a concept of operations for the sub-measures by addressing the five items: staff roles and responsibilities as related to ESF #8: Public Health and Medical Services, response actions that will take place, when the response actions will take place, Under whose authority the actions will take place, and how response actions will be documented.
