The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Centers of Excellence (COE) program have been working together to reduce disparity in the health care system by increasing the number of minorities working in the field. This cultural competency curriculum guide was developed in response to this initiative and provides health professionals with resources to improve cultural competency and health care access.
