This table top exercise uses a major water main break of a citys drinking water supply as the scenario to establish a learning environment for participants to exercise their emergency response plans, policies, and procedures for this scenario. Players will participate in facilitated discussions within their organizations to address the challenges presented by the scenario, and share those outcomes with the community of participants. Discussions will focus on response coordination, critical decision-making, and the integration of resources necessary to prepare for, respond to, and recover from the loss of a citys drinking water supply.
