HealthMeet Health Assessment Volunteers play a key role in carrying out HealthMeet events. To assist these volunteers in conducting effective health assessments for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) this assessment protocol guide provides information on how to conduct assessments and how to effectively communicate with people with I/DD. This training aims to orient assessment volunteers to the health assessment process as well as to enhance general knowledge and abilities to work with people with I/DD.
