The MRC Volunteer Core Competencies Self-Assessment tool and Volunteer Unit Assessment Tools are designed to help an MRC Unit Leader assess individual and unit capabilities. The self-assessment tool is available as a pdf document or as a shareable Survey Monkey survey. Please contact [email protected] to receive a link for the survey monkey format. The Volunteer Assessment excel spreadsheet is designed to capture self-assessments, unit level training, or individual training's for volunteers in an MRC unit. The spreadsheet provides metrics by individual competencies, by Learning Paths, and an overall metric for all of the competencies.
