The Quality Assurance Policy was developed by the Oregon Health and Science University as a part of their Partnership Project. The Quality Assurance Policy includes specific procedures for supervision of case managers, reporting requirements, and client file reviews. These policies can be used as a template for organizations wishing to develop or review their prevention case management quality assurance policies.
