This Vector Support Operations Manual was developed by the Los Angeles Health Department, the Los Angeles MRC, the greater Los Angeles County Vector Control District, and the San Gabriel Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District. Although this manual covers deployment of MRC volunteers to support the local vector control districts in outreach and education surrounding Zika, the principles can apply to other emerging vector control incidents.
