The Eastern Connecticut Region 4 Virtual Operations Support Team (CTVOST) was created in 2016 under the authority of the Uncas Health District with the support of the MRC. It serves as a force-muliplier for organizations within Connecticut by monitoring and listening to digital media to support the situational awareness and common operating picture for planned events and emerging incidents.
