The Get Healthy Clark County website (www.gethealthyclarkcounty.org) is the website of the Office of Chronic Disease Prevention Health Promotion at the Southern Nevada Health District. This interactive website contains information on many topics including chronic disease prevention, specific chronic diseases, physical activity, nutrition, tobacco, and injury prevention. The website was created for the community to serve as both a resource and communication tool. The website is updated weekly and staff responds to e-mails on a daily basis. Most of the website is available in Spanish. The website also houses several free web-based programs including the Walk Around Nevada Program and the Nutrition Challenge Program.
