The Youth-Adult Engagement Readiness Assessment, developed by Youth Infusion, is an excellent resource for organizations that are beginning to plan for the engagement of youth in adult-run organizations. The readiness assessment allows adult staff to think critically about their current strengths and barriers to engaging young people in their organization in a meaningful way. After the readiness assessment has been completed, it can be used to develop next steps for building a youth-friendly organizational infrastructure to foster better youth involvement.
