10 Years, 10 Leaders: Honoring Excellence in Lead Service Line Replacement

The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) is proud to be a member of the Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) Collaborative, a joint effort of 28 organizations working to accelerate full removal of lead pipes providing drinking water to millions of American homes.

The Collaborative has launched its 10 Years, 10 Leaders: Honoring Excellence in Lead Service Line Replacement initiative, recognizing individuals and programs demonstrating excellence in the ten essential areas of LSL replacement:

  1. Excellence in Community Engagement
  2. Fiscal Savvy and Funding Innovation
  3. Efficiency and Technical Innovation
  4. Cross-Sector Collaboration to Enhance Lead Service Line Replacement
  5. Enabling Equal Access to Lead Service Line Replacement and Associated Jobs
  6. Policy Innovation and Leadership
  7. Public Health Champion
  8. Community Ambassador
  9. Contactor/Consultant Extraordinaire
  10. Elected Leader

Nominations are now open to help identify and celebrate those leading the way. Submit your nomination by January 16, 2026.
