The 2018 County Health Rankings report from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute brings to light health gaps persisting not only by place, but also among racial and ethnic groups. These gaps are largely the result of differences in opportunities in the places where we live, including education, good paying jobs, access to healthy foods and healthcare and affordable housing.
