CDC’s Division of Laboratory Sciences released new data to the Fourth National Report on Human Exposure to Environmental Chemicals, an ongoing biomonitoring assessment of the U.S. population’s exposure to environmental chemicals.
The Updated Tables, January, 2019 provides nationally-representative biomonitoring data from CDC’s National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) that has become available since the publication of the Fourth Report in 2009.
The Updated Tables, January 2019 provides data for 352 chemicals, of which six are new and 162 have updated data since the Updated Tables, March 2018. This release includes previous updates to the tables, and provides new data for blood metals, phthalate metabolites, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
