Mar 23, 2018 | Alex Fraser

The Tennessee Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence’s fourth course on outbreak investigation and response is now available online. The “Environmental Health Investigations” course will provide training on environmental health assessments and various activities used during outbreak investigations.

Topics Include:

  • Food sampling and shipping
  • Product tracing
  • Control measures to be implemented

The hybrid training includes optional in-person activities that complement the online courses, as well as the flexibility to complete the course at your own pace, with the ability to log in and out to resume the course. Each online course takes 3-5 hours to complete, and each in-person activity is designed to take 1 hour each and be completed during regular team meetings.
