Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America- Systems Coordination Provider
With support from the Health Resources & Services Administration’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HRSA-HAB), NACCHO works alongside NASTAD to provide technical assistance and systems coordination for the 48 counties, Washington, D.C., San Juan, Puerto Rico (PR), and seven states funded through Phase I of the federal Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) initiative.
The Systems Coordination Provider (SCP) and sub-recipients are responsible for assisting jurisdictions funded through EHE in coordinating and integrating their initiative plans, funding sources, and programs with the existing HIV care delivery systems. In addition, the SCP assists in identifying existing and new stakeholders, as well as collates and disseminates best practices, innovative approaches, and interventions that will advance recipients’ progress in meeting the goals of the initiative.
