Register for the January MAPP Learning Community Session: MAPP 2.0 and PHAB Accreditation

Join us for our January MAPP Learning Community Session: MAPP 2.0 and Accreditation with PHAB Version 2022. In this interactive session, you will hear from peers who have successfully used MAPP 2.0 to achieve accreditation, gain insights into NACCHO’s MAPP 2.0 and PHAB Version 2022 Crosswalk, and connect with peers from the field on tips for conducting a community health assessment and developing a community health improvement plan that align with PHAB’s Standards and Measures. Participants will also become familiar with NACCHO’s MAPP 2.0 and PHAB Version 2022 Crosswalk. 

Session Date: Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 1:00–2:30pm EST 

Register by December 17, 2025. To register, join the MAPP Network Virtual Community using these instructions. The Zoom Registration link is located on the landing page of the MAPP Network under “Announcements”. Registration will be open from December 8–December 17, 2025.
