Created by NACCHO’s Immunization Team, this toolkit is a repository of resources on COVID-19, Influenza, and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). It is intended for local health departments seeking to better understand the impact of respiratory diseases and access resources targeted to special populations.

The toolkit includes vaccine information for priority populations, strategies to address vaccine access and adoption, targeted prevention methods, and communication resources. It also addresses approaches to combating misinformation and provides translation support to help ensure vaccine information is accessible to all communities. 

This resource has been updated to reflect current information and was developed in collaboration with NACCHO’s Immunization Workgroup. Recognizing the dynamic nature of respiratory viruses, NACCHO encourages users to stay informed and reference the most current sources.
