With Board of Directors' support, the National Association of County and City Health Officials’ Chief Executive Officer, Lori Tremmel Freeman, named Chris Paquet as the organization’s new Chief Operating Officer in the Office of the CEO. Paquet will be joining NACCHO's Executive Team and Leadership Council.
NACCHO, representing the country’s nearly 3,000 local health departments, has installed Pramōd Dwivedī , DrPH, Health Director of Linn County Public Health in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, President of its Board of Directors for the 2023-2024 term. Dr. Dwivedī assumed the role on July 1, 2023. Following his term as President, he will become NACCHO Board Immediate-Past President on July 1, 2024
