In partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), NACCHO is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity to support the evaluation of smoking supplies distribution as a harm reduction strategy.
More than 2,500 local public health professionals and other stakeholders recently attended the 2023 NACCHO360 Conference either in Denver, Colorado or virtually.
In partnership with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the University of Minnesota’s National Resource Center for Refugees, Immigrants and Migrants (NRC-RIM), NACCHO aims to strengthen COVID-19 prevention and mitigation strategies among refugee, immigrant, and migrant (RIM) communities.
Building upon the results of Years 1 and 2 of the CDC's Improving Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) – Getting Further Faster (GFF) initiative, this funding opportunity will build evidence for how public health, healthcare and human services systems can implement, evaluate, and sustain programs to promote cross-sector linkages that address the social determinants of health (SDOH).
The deadline for NACCHO's 20th Anniversary of the Model Practice Awards Application has been extended to January 6, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST!
