These job action sheets describe the roles for each of the Incident Command System (ICS) roles that Central District Health must fill during an all-hazards response. They describe responsibilities in different stages of event response and use diagrams to show reporting authority within the ICS structure. The second document is in Microsoft Word format to allow for editing.
