The Faith Based Organization Planning Workbook is a guide that may be used to develop a Pandemic Influenza Preparedness and Response plan. The workbook includes a discussion guide, a checklist and a template for the actual plan itself. The strategies and guidelines from this Workbook can be adapted for broader contingency plans encompassing other disasters caused by bioterrorism and the emergence of any new, highly transmissible and/or severe communicable diseases.
