In this session presented at the 2016 Preparedness Summit, sponsored by the NACCHO Medical Countermeasure Workgroup, five panelists shared promising tools their jurisdictions have tested to address identified gaps and improve outcomes with five populations with access and functional needs with respect to a MCM responses and emergencies. Tools shared in this session focused on responses involving distribution of medical countermeasures, but are applicable to other response functions.
