NACCHO has created this crosswalk as tool for local health departments that have previously completed their Project Public Health Ready Application (PPHR) to use to identify which documentation from their PPHR submissions could be used as evidence to submit for the Medical Countermeasure Operational Readiness Review (MCM ORR). This tool is intended to be used by jurisdictions that are completing the MCM ORR tool (BP1 version, 2017-2018) and that have previously completed the PPHR application (version 9). If you use the tool for future iterations of either tool, the crosswalk may still be relevant though you should consult with the current version of each tool for the latest language, guidance, and criteria in the event that they have been adjusted. The crosswalk is an Microsoft Excel document that is organized according to elements as they appear in the various MCM ORR forms and elements.
